Homsany is a long time Google lawyer. He joined the company in 2003 and was most recently the deputy general counsel of the commercial group. The 100 or so internal lawyers that reported to him dealt with Google is various commercial and partnership relationships. That experience is what Dropbox needs correct now, CEO Drew Houston told me today. The company is inking lots of partnerships, for example. And enormous growth is on the way. TMZ is reporting today that the two have been spotted out together, grabbing coffee before going into a Los Angeles doctor's office together yesterday.The twosome split in September of 2010, and when Knapp announced she was pregnant she claimed her former flame left her high and dry with medical invoices and subsequently hired a lawyer. While Phillippe has yet to take a DNA test -- he is going to wait until after the baby is born to avoid the risk of any pre-natal complications -- PEOPLE magazine reported that if the child is indeed his, he will completely be involved in the child's life. A source told People, "Ryan is aware of the situation [and] completely prepared to take responsibility should the child be his."
