It looks like Nicole 'Snooki' Polizzi's run in with the law was a little more serious than we thought. Or was it?
Although it seems she may be off the hook for now, the reality star created headlines after colliding with a cop car in Florence yesterday. The incident, which sent two officers to the hospital, sparked rumors of her arrest but the guidette merely had to dossier an accident report. It has also been reported that the officers' injuries were not serious, and both Snooki and co-star Deena Cortese, who was a passenger at the time of the accident, refused medical treatment.
Then why the neck brace? It seems like this unlucky incident is going to be a spotlight of the fourth season the cast is currently movieing for the hit series 'Jersey Shore.' Camera crews were following Snooki around while she walked the streets of Florence with the brace around her neck, before ripping it off in laughter.
Looks like the jokes on us?

Yesterday, we reported that Twitter was close to acquiring AdGrok, the Y Combinator-backed keyword tenderding platform. Today, the company has confirmed the move with a blog post, "@AdGrok Is Going To @JoinTheFlock". But as we famous in an update to our post yesterday, matters are a little bit more complicated than they appear. You see, one of AdGrok's founders and its CEO, Antonio Garcia-Martinez, isn't joining Twitter and has instead taken a job at rival Facebook.
Both Garcia-Martinez's Facebook and LinkedIn confirm that he has accepted a role as a product manager at Facebook this month (though we are hearing he may have accepted the position in April). There, he'll be working on the Facebook Ads team. In other words, yes, he'll be competing (at least in some regard) with his former colleagues.

Who else is better at growing facial hair than Nick Offerman? With his smooth moves and Ron Swanson swagger, not numerous.
that is why he is partnered up with Budweiser for World surroundings Day, where anyone can pledge to stop shaving until June 5, thus saving millions of gallons of water globally.
"By simply doing nothing, we can help save the planet. it is a beautiful thing. All you actually must do is be inactive," a bearded Offerman tells us.
The 'Parks and Recreation' actor is not always cracking jokes. In his free time he geeks out by making furniture and boats. What's the bizarreest shit he is ever made?
"I once created a enormous universal clock wrist watch for a music video that had three hands. A minute hand, an eon hand and a millennium hand." Watch our video after the jump!

When I got an iPad 2 test unit in the mail a few weeks back, one of the first matters I noticed when foreheadsing through apps was that the iWork suite of apps, Numbers, Pages, and Keynote, were all present in the App Store for the iPad. instantly, I was overcome with enviousy. Of course, typing in Pages on the iPad is not the smoothest experience, but having access to these core apps is better than not, correct? In any case, it looks like the iWork suite of apps has been doing pretty well on the iPad, as Apple has migrated those applications over to the iPhone and iPod touch.

We should never doubt that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are excellent operators when it comes to using tinheritor personal lives to push tinheritor pet projects.
Pitt's recent exclusive confession to USA Weekend that he and Jolie are lastly considering marriage (after a half decade of saying they won't wed until homosexual marriage's legal) comes at the incredibly opportune time that his ardour project, Terrence Malick's 'The Tree of Life,' goes into limited release in theaters in the United States. It also comes just a couple of weeks after the movie received very mixed reviews and some boos at the Cannes movie Festival, despite winning the event's top prize, the Palme d'Or.
Brad's couple of lines about lastly making it legal with Angie ("The kids ask about marriage ...
it is meaning increasingly to them. So it is something we have got to look at.") got his flick 100 times more press around the world than it received for winning the top French movie prize.

After sending a slew of flirty tweets to Rihanna on Monday night, Rob Kardashian let the twittersphere know that he is in need of a date to sister, Kim Kardashian's forthcoming wedding to New Jersey Nets player, Kris Humphries.
After Rihanna tweeted that she was in for the night with popcorn and her TV remote, Kardashian boldly tweeted, "I can make this correct here happen."
But the Kardashian bro was not the only one who was playing the sandbox flirting game.

Today, on the first day of the yearly Computex Taipei exhibition in Taiwan, Asus took the wraps off the Android tablet/phone combo it teased final week. Dubbed Padfone, Asus is relatively mum on details (specs, pricing, availability) at this point.

I wrote a book in 2004 about hackers, spammers, and other nerds and I thought i would like to share it with the world. it is currently available on Amazon and B&N and is $9.99 for the print edition and an inexplicable $9.49 in the Kindle edition. It is obviously not available for the Nook.
The book is 7 years old and is almost out of print. It is about spammers, hackers, and viruses and I wrote it for a general audience like my dad who may or may not be all that technically savvy. it is not a How-To as much as an exploration of the personalities in hacking.

Sean Kingston's passenger, Cassandra Sanchez, is szenithing out about the twosome's reckless jet ski romp turned serious hospital stay. Sanchez, who is Kingston's longtime friend, recalls begging the singer to slow down before the twosome crashed into the Palm Island bridge in Miami.
"Both jet skis pulled out of the dock at the same time and we were going so fast we just bfinaled past them," Sanchez told TMZ. "When we turned a corner and crashed ... they were so far behind us they didn't even see us crash."
As the twosome were approaching the bridge Sanchez recalls they were traveling "really fast."
